24 Month progress report for restoring foreskin

by Tally on August 10, 2010 Bookmark and Share

24 month foreskin restoration progress reportWoohoo! This is my 2 year anniversary for restoring my foreskin.

It does not seem that I have been restoring that long. In these past 24 months I have seen significant changes to both my penis and my well-being.

When I started restoring, I had tight erections. My shaft skin was taut, which made my erections rock hard. Sort of like having a broomstick with a knob on the end. I am a grower and when flaccid, I did not have any skin mobility. Before restoring I never knew it was possible to pull your skin over your glans. My skin was not that flexible and mobile, then.

Now, after two years of tugging, my erections are not covered with tight skin. My skin moves along my shaft and I have that gliding action that I never knew even existed. I do not have full erect coverage, but that is not a big deal for me. The gliding action is a big deal. It adds a lot to my sexual pleasure.

I have full flaccid coverage almost continuously. There are times when I get out of a hot shower where my skin retracts and does not want to cover my glans completely, but those times are rare. Most times my restored foreskin hugs my glans with a bit of overhang.

When flaccid, my foreskin covers three different ways. Typically, my foreskin hugs my glans and I can see the tip of my glans through the opening. There are times when my foreskin clamps down and forms a tight pucker. I wear a nipple retainer to bed and there are times the pucker is so tight that my retainer falls off. My pucker is so tight that the end of my foreskin has too small of a diameter for the retainer to grip. Other times the end of my foreskin spreads out a bit and does not hug the very end of my glans.

The following pictures are NSFW. Click the thumbnails to view a larger image as a slideshow.

The first picture shows that my glans is visible through my foreskin when I am flaccid. I took this shot outside and, even though it was morning, it was getting hot outside. Ignore the gray hairs. I do have some hair that is near the end of my foreskin, but they are fine hairs and have never bothered me. One thing worth noting is that my circ scar is about 1/3 to 1/2 way up my glans. So, the tip of my foreskin is a double fold of outer skin, which makes it thicker at the end than it will be when I grow more inner foreskin.

The second picture shows me hanging at my normal flaccid length. I took this shot after I had been up for two hours. I had retracted my foreskin to go to the bathroom, but I had not tugged yet.

The third picture is one where I am not fully erect. The shine on my glans is visible. I keep my glans covered 24/7, except when I am tugging. So I am fully dekeratinized. My mucous membranes are shiny and glossy, just like they should be. But, because of my circumcision damage, my glans is not entirely smooth.

The fourth picture above shows that as I get erect, my foreskin retracts and bunches behind my corona. I can move my foreskin back and forth over my glans. The gliding action from my restored foreskin is exquisite.

Am I done restoring? No. Although I am very happy with my flaccid coverage, I want enough slack skin where I can comfortably cover myself when erect. I don't necessarily want full erect coverage without retaining. But, I do want more skin.
