My manual tugging routine for foreskin restoration

by Tally on November 25, 2008 Bookmark and Share

I almost exclusively use manual tugging. I have both a TLC-X and a DTR, but I use them only for a couple hours a week.

I manually tug 1 to 2 hours a day, every day. My routine fits into my lifestyle and I don't feel that I have to make time to tug. I just tug at the same time I am doing what I normally do.

My current tugging routine is:

When I take my morning shower, I tug for about 5 to 15 minutes. I like long, hot showers. Instead of just standing there enjoying the hot water, I stand there tugging. Also, the water makes it easier and less irritating to tug my inner foreskin.

I often walk around the house naked or half-naked. When I am reading the paper in the morning I tug in between turning the pages. That is another 5 to 15 minutes.

During the day, whenever I go to the bathroom I use a stall. I take an extra 1 to 2 minutes and tug.  I drink a lot of water, so I go to the bathroom about every 1 to 2 hours (seems like 8 times a day for a total of about 10 to 15 minutes of tugging).

In the evening I like to have at least one tugging session of between 20 minutes up to an hour. I do this whenever I have privacy and don't need my hands for anything, such as when I watch videos or read Internet newsgroups.

How I tug:

I primarily use manual tugging method 2. My skin has grown, so I also use either method 7 or squeeze/stretch. I tug flaccid or erect. After I grew some slack skin, I found that it is easier to manually tug when erect, but I still tug flaccid.

I manually tug for a few seconds, relax, and repeat, over and over again. I apply tension for anywhere from 1 to 20 seconds, but usually around 2-5 seconds.

I believe that the key to skin growth is tension, not the number of hours tugging. I use a lot of tension, but I have never hurt myself.  I stretch until the skin goes taut. Then I stretch just a little bit more. It does not hurt and it is not painful when I tug.
